Black Durgeon's pier lost most of its planks.

The coral rubble washed up from the Marina north to Andrea II.

Karel's Beach Bar stacked up all their furniture and only lost some timbers.

Al's boat, the Princess, broke from her mooring on Tuesday afternoon and landed high and dry in the neighbor's backyard. (She was wondering if it would make a good flower planter.)

Both of Sunset Beach's piers were torn away and many of the thatched umbrella's were uprooted. See our other page about the Sunset Beach Cleanup. Notice the sailboat in the upper right.

That sailboat was the Bakanal, owned by Gerrie of Baka di Laman. Gerry had stayed on board during the worst of the storm and only as things were calming down did the mooring lines break. The BMP rangers told us they tried to tow her out but she had already been holed and was taking on water.
